I think I have decided that I am a fan of ambient light, as far as rendering goes. It’s just so—serene, and colorful and shit. Not that these are particularly colorful, but I admire softness in drawing, so…we’ll see where this goes.

(fyi the little kid in the third picture is in fact from Pandora Hearts. CROSSOVER SHENANIGANS.)

practice doodles of Ieyasu in my sketchbook. I have found that he’s really fun to draw recently. It might have to do something with the fact that he’s adorable. I’m using this as the background for one of my roleplay blogs (HAHA GUESS WHO), and uh. yeah. I guess I’m kind of happy with how it turned out—though a large part of that has to do with the fact that this was the picture where I finally figured out how to draw his hair.
